Our general conditions of sale:

Payment accepted by: credit cards, checks, cash, transfer or Paypal (CB), during the stay, on the day of arrival or departure.

A deposit of one night will be requested at the time of booking as well as the validation of the rental contract.

The rental is only accessible for 2 adults. The swimming pool is neither supervised nor secured, it is not accessible to children

During your stay you will not be able to bring in people from outside.

Cancellation conditions: for each stay a deposit of 1 night  will be requested upon booking. Upon receipt of this deposit the reservation will be confirmed. The deposit is payable by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal . In case of cancellation of the stay and whatever the cancellation period, the deposit is not refundable, except in cases of : accidents or illnesses.  COVID: in case of lockdown in Vaucluse, border closure,  symptoms, the deposit will be refunded  (in the event of symptoms a copy of the test will be requested)

Any stay started is 100% due.

Our prices do not include the tourist tax. Our prices do not include cleaning during the stay.

Rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

The categories of personal data collected are as follows

Title, surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and bank details (RIB, bank card details). The recipients of your personal data collected are Sophie Flinois, owner and manager of the Mas en Provence. Sophie Flinois undertakes not to transmit your personal data to any third party in order to respect the legal basis of processing. Personal data is only collected on the basis of your consent. These will be kept unless you exercise your right to erasure. Bank details are deleted at the end of your stay or after payment for your entire stay

For information, the withdrawal of consent may cause difficulties or the impossibility of processing a request.

Retention period of personal data

The retention period of your personal data is 5 years.

Bank details are deleted at the end of your stay or payment for the entire stay

Without a response from you to one of our requests (response to one of our emails) for a period of 5 years, your details used to contact you will be deleted from our database.

During this period, we put in place all the appropriate means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent their access by unauthorized third parties.
